Admission

1. New Admissions are as a rule subjected to a Entrance test / Interviews /Interaction.

2. For an admission to be finalized pupils coming from recognized school produce a Transfer Certificate (Leaving) from the last school they have attended. In case of students coming from outside Maharashtra the transfer certificate must be countersigned by the Education Officer/Inspector of the state from which the student is hailing.

3. A calendar month's notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student, otherwise fees will be charged. Such a notice should be given in writing by parents/guardian responsible for the student and not by the student her /himself, and in the form attached to the end of the hand book. The Transfer Certificate (Leaving) will be issued 3 days after the receipt of the application and only if all dues of fees have been paid and during office hours only.

4. For an admission to be finalized in the Jr. K. G. the Original Birth Certificate along with the Xerox copy must be produced. This Certificate should be from the Municipal Corporation.

5. No certificate of any kind will be given without a written application from the parent/guardian .This application should be handed over in the School office at least 3 days before the date on which the certificate is required.

6. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school is sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student. The decision of the Principal shall be final in this matter.

Movement Register

1. The parents of the students who are not going by school bus should sign in Students' Movement Register.

2. If the parents sends any other guardian to take the child home, he/she should show Guardian's ID to front office and get signed.

3. The students coming with parents to school should be assured by their parents that the child has entered to school premise safely and acknowledged by front office staff (Identity Tag holder).

Terms and conditions of accepting fees

1. Fees can be paid in two installments/ onetime payment is also accepted.

2. Mode of Payment: Fees can be paid in CASH ,Online Bank Transfer or Cheque only.

3. Once paid the fees is Non Refundable. The fees can be refunded only under special condition and for which valued reason and proof has to be provided (Refundable only in weeks’ time and the original receipt of the payment has to be produced).

4. Tuition fees/bus fees/ uniform fees/text books have to be paid separately. The details of the fee structure can be procured from the Reception Desk from Monday to Friday during the visiting hours10am–12pm on any working day.

5. Even in the case of long illness of a student; if he/she is absent for more than one month, the fees will be levied as per the Terms and Condition of the School Management.

6. Late fees: Sum of Rs 50 will be charged as late fees after the scheduled date is past.

Right of Alteration / Modification

1. The management reserve the right to modify, alter and /or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution

2. ADIS reserves the right to change the Fee structure.

Bus Fees

1. Bus fees vary according to the distance in Kms.

2. Bus fees too has to be paid in maximum two installments.

3. Nonpayment of fees will lead to cancellation of admission / Debarring of the student from appearing for all ensuing exams.

4. For any school visit outside Sangli district, special fees will be collected as and when it is needed.
